Compensation (Pay): $56,521.92 to $81,956.79/annually, based on experience.

Job Summary: Hands-On position responsible for day-to-day supervision of all Peak Vista Community Health Center (PVCHC) facilities, as well as Facilities Staff members. The Facilities Supervisor is the central point of contact for the department for all incoming work requests, financial tracking, and record keeping. This position dispatches work orders to technicians and is responsible for scheduling the repair of facilities related equipment. This includes the maintenance and minor repairs of building systems and snow removal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops daily work schedules and prioritize Work Orders to optimize man hours and the use of facilities technicians. This includes follow-up to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Obtain pre-approval for all expenditures, verify accuracy of invoices and maintain a record system of all transactions and forward originals to the appropriate departments. On-Call: Serves as the first line of escalation on all emergency calls and perform root-cause analysis of all alarms that occur, both during and after hours. Works closely with contractors and vendors to ensure work gets scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. Tracks Salto and Key access for employees and contractors. Manages the vehicle fleet maintenance and repair for all company vehicles. Processes inbound calls and emails in an efficient and effective manner. Provides a wide range of support to all departments throughout Peak Vista, such as special events coordination and set-ups. Works closely with Materials Managements and Finance departments in submitting purchase requests, tracking purchase orders, and processing unique invoices for payments. Works closely with the IT department, setting up new hires and facilitating move requests. Monitors the overall cleanliness, aesthetics, maintenance and repairs of the buildings, building systems and grounds. This includes documented semi-annual inspections of assigned sites. Maintains all accreditation standards and record keeping including financial, AAAHC, OSHA, NFPA, State and local as they pertain to the Environment of Care, Safety and Security. This includes coordinating all required inspections. Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the supervisor will share various administrative duties such as budgeting, scheduling and planning and time keeping. The Facilities supervisor is also responsible for Special Assignments contracts and Project Management. (Under $50K) Define or verify project scope and the impact to daily operations, obtain quotes for special projects, coordinates/communicates with internal customers/staff, works closely with Materials Management to obtain Purchase Orders, monitors contractor work in accordance to scope and develops project closeout materials. Education/Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education. Associates in applicable field preferred.
Work Experience: 3-4 years’ relevant experience in Facilities administration required, preferably in the healthcare industry. 2 years relevant supervisory/leadership experience required.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to access the intra/internet to manage timecard, review policies and procedures, and read company communications; use e-mail to communicate with co-workers, leadership, and other departments.
Certificates and Licenses: Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License, dependable transportation and reputable driving record to be covered under Peak Vista Community Health Centers insurance.
