Facilities Supervisor - Transportation

The Facilities Supervisor - Transportation is responsible for the oversight and management of all transportation-related facilities and operations within the organization. coordination of transportation logistics and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of employees.

Managing the transportation contract and deal with the vendors. Collect all employees and new hires addresses and located on the map for resulting the best collection points and routes that will be in use and assign the pick-up timing from each collection point according to the arrival of the shift.  Adding the new hires and the remove the resigned employees from the map daily. Collect and consolidate the upcoming week schedules from OPs/ accounts, Training, TA, quality, HR, IT and other departments weekly by Friday. Ensure the bus schedule is available for our management on google sheet that will be available all the time for TMs and leaders allowing them to make the updates and changes needed during the week and each worker will have different view. Optimize bus utilization by merging all schedules to have the best bus utilization. Re-adjust the transportation schedule during the week according to the OPs updates needed. Choose the most cost-effective bus type for each trip/route. When having bus for only 1 or 2 employees the scheduler will advising the OPs to replace them with EEs from another working route or another arrival having more capacity if possible. Provide the next week’s schedule to the vendor. Monitor schedule implementation and track buses via GPS and alerting our staff and drivers for any sudden blocked road. And tracking the trip that we receive any concern from our staff regarding the bus delays or capacity resulted from unplanned EEs…etc Address the employees’ concerns promptly. Doing a regularly checks on the busses condition, safety procedures, our logo, licenses’ validation and make penalties according to the contract when needed...etc Working on the future to have an APP to be used on our EEs cell phones showing the bus appointment in the collection point, bus tag number, driver name and mobile, seats availability, location and direction..etc  Ensure having cost saving for the budget without affecting the service. Ability to handle some facilities duties and tasks when needed.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in transportation management. BPO experience is a must Experience with fleet management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Very Good English speaker
