From troubleshooting HVAC and power systems to handling preventative maintenance and general repairs, no two days are the same. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, working with their hands, and contributing to a well-run facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep Things Running: Regularly inspect the facility to ensure everything is safe, secure, and in perfect working order.

Get Hands-On: Tackle general maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Lighting & Carpentry: Swap out bulbs, replace ballasts, and perform light carpentry repairs as needed.

Support Movement: Help relocate office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested.

Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendor services for specialized maintenance tasks.

What You Bring:

Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and great people skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Basic knowledge of tools and machines, with a knack for troubleshooting and repair.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

0-2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related role.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
