Responsibilities The Construction Tech for the Construction Division of the Facilities Services Department will be taught basic construction skills. Skills shall be performed with supervision as determined by the supervisor. Painting will be a large portion of the workload. The employee must exhibit a willingness to continually learn and grow in the position. The employee must demonstrate a good attitude, teamwork ability, and the BSA Way. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be over the age of 21 for BSA’s driver's insurance. Minimum of three years experience in related construction work. Experience in a construction-related field may be substituted for other experience at the discretion of the supervisor. Preferred Job Requirements: Willingness to be available for training classes.
