The Facilities Technician is in charge of performing light warehouse repairs, general landscaping, and overall cleaning of each facility. Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Duties: + Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property. + Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the property including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, parking lots, sidewalks, plumbing repairs, clears drain stoppages, lighting, flooring, and roof. + Perform interior/exterior custodial duties as needed which may include sweeping, vacuuming, steam cleaning, gathering trash, empty trash receptacles; operate compactor; and landscaping. . Position Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED required. + Ideally 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field. + Valid Driver's License required. + Ability to communicate information clearly to management. + Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and comprehend instructions. + Self-starter with ability to work independently. + Must be able to pass a pseudoisochromatic plate test Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
