PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep things running smoothly, prevent breakdowns, and solve complex facility issues – all while getting paid top dollar!
What You’ll Be Doing:Fix, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Tackle industrial equipment – Work with tank farms, compressed gas storage, thermal units, oil mist collectors, and exhaust systems.
Troubleshoot like a pro – Keep Class 7 Clean Room Mechanical Systems and production processes in top shape.
Keep power flowing – Maintain UPS systems, backup generators, and normal power supply.
Stay ahead of the game – Perform preventative & predictive maintenance to stop issues before they start.
Track it all – Use MAXIMO or similar CMMS systems to document maintenance tasks.
Monitor & optimize – Work with Building Automation & Monitoring Systems to maximize efficiency.
Keep it safe – Follow strict OSHA, safety, and PM compliance protocols.
What You Bring to the Table:8-10+ years of experience in facility maintenance
Journeyman Certification required in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical fields
Experience with pumps, motors, hydraulics, and industrial control systems
Knowledge of controller programs (Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens) is a plus
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS programs like MAXIMO)
Forklift & Aerial Lift Operator’s License (or ability to obtain one)
A great attitude and a drive to keep things running at peak performance!
$43/hr + full-time stability

Pay Details: $43.00 per hour
