Position Summary Principal Responsibilities• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance, attend to unplanned downtime or breakdowns across all facility equipments or system and undertake assignments
/ tasks provided by Engineer or Department Head.
• Assist Engineer in supervising & monitoring of all facilities system operation including electrical systems, air compressor, air-conditioning system (HVAC) and fire fighting equipment.
• Carry out performance monitoring and take reading on all facility equipment and Implement preventive maintenance program.
• Interface with other departments, contractors and vendors in day to day operation of the department.
• Follow standard OSHA, DOE, BOMBA regulation and company safety practices on all work assignments.
• Assist contractors on contract servicing for facility system or equipment.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost savings.
• Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.
• Certificate of competency from accredited educational body or
• Diploma qualification in related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in facilities field
• Knowledge in facility equipments operation and maintenance i.e. air compressor, air-conditioning system (HVAC), ventilation, chillers and fire fighting system.
• Able to communicate and understand English
• Knowledge in electrical
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a challenging environment.
