Our client, a residential and commercial property developer is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team supporting Property Manager and Tenants in residential and commercial property maintenance & repair. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, their own tools and 2-5 years of property maintenance experience, including ability to make appliance repairs, etc., which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate:   $28 - $35/hr. D.O.E.

What’s the Job?

Perform scheduled and non scheduled general repairs, installation and maintenance to ensure continuous and safe operation of commercial properties. Perform painting, light carpentry and minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Directly or indirectly support the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and water distribution, including fire suppression. Respond to tenant/manager work requests to include Loft turnovers and communicate status, respond immediately to emergency situations and Tenant/Customer/Client concerns. Directly or indirectly support all exterior grounds activities, including landscaping, groundskeeping, parking lot maintenance and other exterior areas as needed.What’s Needed? 2-5 years of property maintenance experience High school diploma, trade school cert. preferred! Ability to complete appliance, carpentry, painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Own your own tools highly preferred.
