Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities.Minor servicing of utilities equipment such as lubrication and filter changes.Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed.Maintain exterior property, including coordination of lawncare and snow removal.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing and facilities repairs.Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Use maintenance equipment and tools on a daily basis.Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish requisite tasks.Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, issues, and ongoing opportunities.Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Perform other duties as assigned or required.

5-10 years of working experience in facilities maintenanceBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentryAbility to work with minimal supervisionMust demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service orientedMust be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
