JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for coordinating building services and systems to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Key responsibilities include executing janitorial and custodial tasks and maintaining safe conditions throughout the building. SHIFT: + 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) TRAVEL: + No travel required. EDUCATION: + High School Diploma or GED required. + 1 to 2 years of experience preferred. + Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Prepare and perform minor preventive maintenance on a variety of uncomplicated equipment. + Carry out a range of duties in and around buildings and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and safety. + Assist maintenance engineers and other team members with their tasks to support efficient operations. QUALIFICATIONS: + Basic knowledge of janitorial and custodial tasks. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
