Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of our office buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for both interior and exterior maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:Perform landscaping and upkeep of the exterior of one commercial property.Conduct cleaning and general maintenance of the interior of office buildings.Inspect, change, and replace switches, outlets, and lightbulbs for interior and exterior electrical lighting functions.Replace missing and damaged ceiling tiles and grids.Maintain drain pumps and drinking fountains, and investigate leaks.Complete any mechanical maintenance or repairs throughout the facility.Communicate with external vendors.Order, pick up, and deliver inventory material, and document materials to track inventory.Essential SkillsHVAC experience beneficialFacilities maintenance experienceMechanical aptitudeBasic plumbing knowledgeWhy Work Here?We provide comprehensive training on all essential aspects of the job. Employees receive a company phone once brought on direct and are issued five company uniforms, which they are responsible for cleaning. Work Environment
The shift is from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Employees will be working at one commercial business park location.
