The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity for anyone who is experienced in several different areas of maintenance and would like to join an ever expanding Wealth Manager. Through the expansion of Fisher Investments Ireland we now have our offices in Dublin, Luxembourg and London, and with that we are growing our facilities department. This is a job for you if you have experience in a Maintenance Person style role, looking after office buildings and have general maintenance experience. The efficient organisation of the office directly impacts our ability to effectively service all of our clients.
The Day-to-Day:
General building maintenance as directed by the Office ManagerPerform and manage general maintenance and repairs on buildings and company owned equipmentSupport offices by providing maintenance person services such as furniture moving, simple electrical repairs, spot painting or cleaning, light construction or assembly, and clean-upMaintain facilities support contracts with third-party vendors related to UPS systems, and HVAC systems; Schedule onsite service callsYour Qualifications:
