This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Lead to maintain and support the local Ashburn facility. Sort and distribute incoming mail to departments, collect outgoing mail for delivery, and ensure timely mail handling. Assist with shipping for incoming and outgoing packages, coordinate with couriers, and document tracking and delivery details, take outgoing mail to Post Office daily. Maintain accurate records of all mail, packages, and office supply transactions for proper documentation. Monitor and restock supplies at mail stations, breakrooms, and coffee stations, assist with inventory checks, and request replenishments as needed. Refill the coffee station throughout the day, ensuring items are adequately stocked. Assist with mail and copy room related tasks. Conduct routine walk-throughs to inspect and manage the appearance of all building areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained. Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and track work orders until resolved. Maintain and repair auxiliary equipment associated with building operations. Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective services. Escort service technicians and other facility visitors. Be accessible 24/7 to handle emergencies and ensure quick and effective resolution. Provide other Facilities/Security areas with coverage as needed. Other duties as assigned.
