Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Facility and Logistics Site Manager to support our business in Sacramento, CA.  This position leads our 20-person team onsite daily in supporting a mission-critical government program and serves as the leading Boeing representative on the compound.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads a diverse team of facilities technicians, transportation/warehousing professionals, and security/IT administrators in delivering world-class customer service to our government partnersEnsure all services are delivered, projects are executed, and missions are conducted within established program guidelines and budgetsObtain and manage all contract resources for the site, hire new employees, and provide day-to-day operational oversightCollaborate routinely with government leaders and the Boeing Enterprise Program Manager on personnel and site statusAdhere to site security protocols and protect classified information

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph5+ years’ experience formally leading personnel3+ years’ experience in security operations, construction project management, logistics, facility/installation maintenance, building management, systems administration, or engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

CompTIA Security Knowledge of process improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc) and quality management (ISO 9001) methodologiesExperience providing high-quality customer service and positively inspiring peopleFamiliarity with government contracts and/or program management practices

Summary pay range: $125,000 - $156,400
