As a Facility Attendant with Parks & Recreation, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our recreational facilities run smoothly and provide a welcoming environment for everyone. Why Join Us? + Be part of a team dedicated to community service and engagement + Work in a fun, active environment that promotes health and fitness + Gain valuable experience in facility operations and more Working Hours (Must be available to work during the following core hours - Maximum of 30 hours per week) Monday - Friday 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Essential Functions What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Facility Attendant, you will: + Opening and closing the facility, ensuring everything is secure and ready for the day's activities. + Supervising all programs, activities, and private renters within the facility. + Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, organizing spaces, and handling trash removal. + Supporting Sport Officials by enforcing league and program rules. + Providing excellent customer service and assisting the public in utilizing the facility. + Setting up and preparing equipment for sports leagues, including installing basketball hoop attachments, volleyball poles, chair racks, and other necessary items.
