Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Facility Clerk to join their team. As a Facility Clerk, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Facility Clerk
**Location:** New York, NY
**Pay Rate:** $20 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Move office furniture and other heavy and/or cumbersome items as needed.
+ Handle light repair work including spackling and painting offices.
+ Operate a cordless drill safely and effectively for minor installations.
+ Perform related duties and tasks as assigned, maintaining accurate records and completing activity reports.
+ Assist with overtime work outside of regular business hours, including weekends and some holidays for office moves and conference room setups.
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
+ Ability to work flexible hours between 7 AM and 7 PM.
+ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
+ Physical ability to assist with light lifting and moving tasks.
+ Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet the demands of the role.
