Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain facility systems to ensure flawless operation and compliance with industry standards.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to determine the efficiency and reliability of all facility systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement engineering projects and improvements.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to maintain continuous operations.Develop and enforce strict safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in facility systems engineering, preferably in a high-tech environment.Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced setting.Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering world-class results.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility systems engineering.Experience with project management and implementation of engineering solutions.Familiarity with the latest engineering tools and technologies to drive innovation.Proven track record of successfully implementing ambitious engineering projects.
