Coordinates all facilities for particular buildings and departments to ensure that the office is up and running smoothly for business. Provides administrative support. Resolves facilities issues for all building systems and equipment by determining and coordinating the best solution.

Responsibilities Perform conference set-ups including audio visual equipmentCoordinate with vendors to provide preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, fire systems and generatorsAssist with coordination of maintenance request with the building personnelRepair drywall including patching, paint, and paint touch-upsConduct minor appliance troubleshooting and repairConduct office moves, to include furniture and office equipmentPerform picture and wall decor hanging at client requestPerform standard light bulb and ballast replacementComplete minor carpentry tasksAssemble, disassemble tables, other furniture for large eventsMaintain and track list for all maintenance requests to ensure timely completionEstablish and maintain relationships with outside vendors for support on larger projectsCoordinates with building management for maintenance repairs under their purviewMaintains inventory of tools and expendable maintenance supplies, and coordinates with Site Manager for requisition of new supplies and toolsAssist hospitality staff in client operations as needed
Qualifications High School Diploma or comparable work experienceMust possess a minimum of one year facilities maintenance experienceComputer skills-Microsoft Outlook, Excel, WordMust possess a strong sense of urgencyMust be able to work independently as well as in a team environmentExcellent communication, organizational and follow up skillsMust be able to multi-task5 years’ experience in facilities support management roleAbility to coordinate multiple schedules to conduct required maintenance
Basic facilities maintenance knowledge is requiredBasic carpentry and appliance repair experience required

Required to move or lift light objects (up to 50 pounds)
