Area of Responsibility1. Facility SupportSchedule preventative maintenance with contracted vendors monthly/quarterly.Managing hard services onsite such as HVAC systems, lighting, electrical, mechanical, fire safety systems and other building maintenance work.Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance service callsEscort and supervise suppliers while working on-site.Assist with furniture delivery, disposal and maintain organized storage spacesAssist with set-up and break-down of corporate eventsPerform small maintenance tasks such a hanging photos and art work, moving furniture, or repairing/modifying furniturePerform daily facilities walk-through of Kinston FacilityConduct monthly safety walk-through of Kinston, NC FacilityAssist with administrative projectsOther duties as assignedTime Spent on Task☐ Less than 20%☐ 20% - 40%☐ 40% - 60%☒ 60% or greater2.
