Salary: $18 - $18.50 per hour
Hours: Monday – Wednesday 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. & Thursday – Friday 11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. 36 hours

**Key Daily Responsibilities for Facility Dispatcher Monday - Wednesday**
+ Responds and takes appropriate action for Building Automation Systems, alarms, Security systems alerts, emergency coordination calls, global security calls, food safety calls and any other calls related to immediate response.
+ Responsible for dispatching various groups to address clientele needs, which may include custodial, maintenance, security, electrical, grounds and others as needed.
+ Monitoring and Investigating CCTV (Closed Circuit Television).
+ Data entry is associated with calls, observations, emails and alarms.
+ At times this position requires overtime to fulfill operational needs
+ Additional duties may be assigned by the IFM Manager, IFM Supervisor, Shift Leads.
+ This position breaks down to 15% Safety, 35% Administrative and 50% Analysis and information distribution (Data Analysis, investigation, Report generation, and Information distribution.
**Key Daily Responsibilities for Dock Clerk Thursday & Friday**
+ Oversee building dock access for employees, contractors, and vendors.
+ Keep record of all items staged in the dock areas.
+ Ensure that dock area is organized and maintaining required “clear zone” to allow for safe, functional workflow.
+ Receive inbound parcels/on-demand courier deliveries when Delivery Services staff are unavailable and notify staff as needed. Maintain outbound to the right delivery groups.
+ At times this position requires overtime to fulfill operational needs.
+ Building key inventory management.
+ Daily checklist, Securing and closing Dock.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.

The compensation for the position is: $18.00 - $18.50
