Corning’s Environmental Technologies segment manufactures ceramic substrates and filter products for emissions control in mobile and stationary applications around the world.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to
 

Focus on industrial circulating water system, water supply and drainage system, ceramic membrane oil-water separator and RO water/wastewater system. Maintain and optimize control parameters for system process, and support on-site troubleshooting. Explore opportunities to promote water conservation and reduce energy consumption to achieve cost reduction targets. Responsibility for the normal operation of facilities, such as BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress system, HVAC, chiller, dust collection etc., reducing unscheduled downtime. Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness. Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair. Review the supplier construction plan, on site supplier management and be responsible for the construction result to ensure the quality and reliability. Provide training and assessment for technical personnel to ensure that they master the necessary skills. Responsible for spare parts management system and localization.  
  Requirements: Education & Experience

Must

Bachelor’s degree in water treatment, municipal water supply and drainage, or environmental engineering or equivalent. 3+ years’ experience working in facility operations and maintenance in large-scale factories. Familiar with facility equipment, and Rich hands-on experiences with facility equipment operations and maintenance. Familiar with facility equipment principle, familiar with equipment maintenance and repair process. Able to repair and maintain facility equipment and engage in on-site work.

Plus

Experience with energy conservation projects.  Requirements: Required Skills Familiar with modern office software, Auto CAD. Have good team-work spirit and strong communication and coordination ability.
  Requirements: Desired Skills Good English skill both in oral and written. Familiar with regulations with regard in facility.
