Position Summary Provide leadership and oversight for building and facility engineering and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations, maintaining a safe, high-quality work environment, and delivering prompt, effective service to all stakeholders Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of systems. Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times. Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Support the installation and maintenance of new equipment and systems. Schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks. Assisted in training and supervising the maintenance team. Maintain accurate records of all completed maintenance and repair work. Manage internal and external contractors, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and quality of work. Lead departmental projects (CAPEX), ensuring project deliverables were met regarding time, cost, and performance. What we are looking for We are seeking an experienced Facility Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in the industrial and commercial engineering sector. The ideal candidate specializes in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing building and industrial HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems. You should possess strong skills in safety, organization, and problem-solving, and be proficient in using various equipment, tools, and machines to ensure systems run efficiently. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facility and Building management. Relevant experience in manufacturing industry or semiconductor industry Demonstrated knowledge in predictive and preventive maintenance Strong understanding of facility equipment design and maintenance (AHU, chiller, boiler, compressor, etc.) Effective contractor management skills, with a focus on safety and quality Knowledge in Building Management System is an advantage. Experience in Project Management. Core Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot building systems Excellent safety awareness Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics Skilled in using a variety of hand and electric tools Strong problem-solving abilities Experience in industrial and commercial engineering Team player, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Come join us!
