As aFacility Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the facility roadmap and budget for the Warsaw site, including construction, improvements, and maintenance. What you will do: + Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of facility equipment and systems. + Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify and address potential problems before they escalate. + Oversee and support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems. + Collaborate with external contractors and service providers as needed to ensure timely and quality work. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies and equipment. What you need to have: + Technical Education + Proven experience as a Facility Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. + Familiarity with BMS and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a nice to have.
