Responsibilities:

Support Facilities and Equipment and EH&S Department to achieve efficient and effective delivery of products with highest quality, safety, best speed and lowest cost to support company business objectivesProvide engineering support / maintenance in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure minimal disruption to operational effectivenessEstablish maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, emergency, utility equipment, safety equipment, hoist/pressure vessel etc.Effective resolution and troubleshooting of equipment fault/failureProvide cross functional guidance for systems, projects, and programsManage and monitor utilities consumptionSetup performance measurement indices for equipment maintenanceSetup standard work for all F & E Department processes including preventive maintenance program for each equipment, total productive maintenance program for daily and weekly checkForecast and manage F & E budgets to control and contain costLead, initiate and implement continuous improvement for plans and cost initiatives for further improvement of quality, safety, speed and cost.Interact with the various business functions in problem-solving to achieve company’s objectivesParticipate and support companywide EH&S, Quality, Export Compliance and  Continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field or Diploma with min 5 years relevant experienceMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in precision metal machining & processing and/or assemblies of parts and/or from aerospace industryExperience with equipment installation, commissioning and testingPossess knowledge on 5 Axis machining center, advance wire EDM machine, automation equipment, FPI line, robotic shot peening system, CMM, Scanning measuring system etc.Highly motivated and innovative individual who is meticulousAble to work in a team and independentlyStrong organizational and planning acumen with project management skillsAbility to interact with all levels and external suppliersGood communications and interpersonal skills, with strong quality leadership
