OVERALL ROLE
Assist the Manager- Soft Services, in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, Facilities financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client’s corporate real estate goals and objectives
Major Responsibilities
Directly support the Manager- Soft Services in executing the needs of managing the assigned portfolioMaintain client satisfaction with the delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfactionConduct inspections of assigned properties proactively addressing any deficienciesCreate and follow up on corrective work orders as necessarySupport work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessarySupport facility soft services as needed and directed such as meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badgingSupport requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Management and Operations teamSupport energy management programs to maximize energy efficiencyDemonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovationsSupport the implementation of the EHS management systemsEnforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practicesImplement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standardsSupport facility-specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving savings goalsSupport the development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budgetsContinuously identify cost savings opportunitiesCoordinate supplier management program consisting of goal setting, performance criteria, and performance reviewDrive cost savings through sourcing and supplier management activities which are consistent with client goals.Sound like you? Knowledgeable and experienced
Do you have a diploma/degree in facilities management/administration/hotel school? Do you have one to three years’ experience in residential property management? Are you an ace in Microsoft Office Software? If you said yes to all these, then we are more than happy to work with you.
Professional and efficient
An ideal candidate is well-versed in both oral and written communication and possesses positivity and a can-do attitude. Likewise, an excellent Facility Executive effectively resolves conflicts while maintaining professionalism in the process. Most importantly, an ideal candidate can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment and has a solid know-how of the most recent technology.
