Job Title: Soft Services Executive

Location: Devanahalli, Karnataka, India

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Soft Services Executive to join our team at the Devanahalli site. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate various soft services to ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our clients and occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Management:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the facilityImplement and monitor cleaning schedules and routinesConduct regular inspections to maintain quality standardsManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance:

Coordinate landscaping activities to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the siteEnsure proper upkeep of green areas, including lawns, plants, and treesOversee pest control measures for both interior and exterior areas

Waste Management:

Implement and monitor effective waste segregation and disposal processesEnsure compliance with local waste management regulationsPromote recycling initiatives and sustainable waste management practices

Front Office and Concierge Services:

Oversee reception and front desk operationsManage visitor management systems and protocolsCoordinate mail and courier services

Food and Beverage Services (if applicable):

Liaise with cafeteria or food service providers to ensure quality and hygiene standardsMonitor customer satisfaction with food servicesAssist in organizing catering for special events

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with soft services vendors and contractorsMonitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreementsAssist in the procurement of soft services and supplies

Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all soft services areasConduct regular safety audits and implement improvementsCoordinate with the HSE team for training and awareness programs

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding soft servicesAddress and resolve client complaints and feedback promptlyConduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit regular reports on soft services operationsMaintain accurate records of service delivery, inspections, and incidentsAssist in budget preparation and cost control for soft services

Team Management:

Supervise and coordinate the soft services teamProvide training and development opportunities for team membersEnsure efficient manpower allocation and shift management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related field2-4 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in a corporate or commercial settingStrong knowledge of best practices in housekeeping, and other soft servicesFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and ISO standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and facility management softwareAbility to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple prioritiesWillingness to work flexible hours as required.
