The Role

For our fast growing business in Central Europe (CE) we are looking for a Facility & Fixed Assets Manager to support the regional growth plan and provide a reliable infrastructure to cover regional and local needs. This includes:

Annual budgeting for CAPEX/OPEX in the commodity of facilities and maintenance in cooperation with FinanceImplementation and monitoring of budget plans incl. PR-release processesImplementation of an IFM-System on the different locations to provide full functionalityResponsible for opening/closing of office locationsContract management for local infrastructure according to business needsDeep cooperation with regional EHS to fulfil GE EHS standardsSupport on employees onboarding processEventmanagement on local and third parties locationsDeep cooperation with Indirect Sourcing for optimized spend of budgetSupport on ESG-Regulations/statuariesSetting up of corresponding processes if not yet available

Desired Profile & Experience

Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similarLong term experiences in facility management or direct/indirect sourcingLeadership skills to lead a Team up to three peopleProblem solving mindset and attitudeHands-on-MentalityWillingness to travel around the region, approx. 20-30% according to demand
