Facility Information Security Officer (FISO)
Under the direction of the Regional IT Director of Performance Management and Operations, the Indiana Facility Information Security Officer (FISO) is responsible for overseeing and implementing the CHS Information Security Program across facilities within the Region 3 Indiana markets. Working in partnership with the Market IT Directors and the Region 3 Director of IT Controls and Risk Management, the FISO will leverage information security policies, procedures, standards, and processes provided by the CHS Corporate Information Security Department. The FISO's security responsibilities encompass aspects of information technology (systems, networks, etc.), physical and environmental protections, as well as administrative and organizational aspects (training, planning, communications, etc.). **Requirements** Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Education Preferred: Master's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience Required: Five years of experience in information security management Experience Preferred: Two years of experience with regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
