**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** + Oversees the business and operational aspects of Facilities Maintenance and Repair to include but not limited to Emergency Service Call, Urgent and Routine Service calls, Project Work / Planned Maintenance for Critical Function and Non-Critical function areas, Equipment and Systems such as HVAC and Refrigeration Systems, Cathodic and Fire Protection Systems, Chilled Water system work, Distribution Systems, Grease Traps, Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) Equipment, etc. + Provides oversight and guidance on technical matters. + Manages costs, budget, and schedule that include the following, but not limited to regular operational reports and statistical records related to facilities, budget preparation, etc. + Provides customer liaison and coordination to ensure quick turnaround and responsiveness to all maintenance, repair, alternation and minor work for all structures and related systems. + Develop, maintain and monitor planned maintenance program + Provides customer liaison; insuring safe and efficient operations; and maintaining delivery of high-quality work to include work across functional groups to enhance the services we provide to our internal and external customers. + Develop, implement and monitor criteria for evaluating program and business processes. + Facilitate investigations and corrective actions to ensure services satisfy customers' expectations and regulatory requirements. + Supervises of exempt and non-exempt personnel including skill trade labor. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Must be computer proficient and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs. + Technical knowledge in facilities and repair to include SME with HVAC systems, VTE, Fire Protection, etc. is desired + Familiarity with Maximo is desired **OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** + Strong management skills + Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards + Skills such as walking, running, climbing, crawling, and jumping and other similar physical activities. + Ability to endure extreme climate conditions and be able to work in an outdoor setting **EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS** + Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent. + Must have a bachelor’s degree in technical specialty or be directly related to the work of the Annex. + Must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressive work experience in the technical matters of the assigned Annex. **WORKING AND LIVING CONDITIONS** This position may be located in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this environment. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors.
