Your role:

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), conveyor / sortation equipmentConduct preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment such as trash compactors, balers, emergency lights, and stretch wrappersEnter and track work orders in eMaintEstimates labor/materials costs for repairs.Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers.Reviews and estimates design costs, labor, materials and other related costs in facility planning.Responsible for developing facilities plans.Ensures adherence to company facility standards.May develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unusual operating requirements and building and safety codes.Responsible for reviewing, enhancing and suggesting improvements in the organization’s operational efficiency in regard to environmental conscientiousness.Researches and suggests improvements in facilities operational efficiencies to support the reduction of natural resource consumption.May work with specialized outside contractors.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredTwo-year college degree preferred but not required5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level70e certifiedKnowledge and experience working with Exacta a plus

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
