Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance and be comfortable commuting in all weather conditions. In cases of severe weather, hotel accommodations may be provided. Perform light maintenance tasks, including vendor work and contracting. Oversee and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and quality. Escort vendors on-site as needed. Conduct basic maintenance tasks, including plumbing, light fixture repairs, HVAC maintenance, and electrical work, with a focus on boiler systems. Skills and Requirements Previous experience in maintenance or facility maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing, light fixtures, HVAC, and electrical systems. Ability to commute reliably to Highlands Ranch, even in adverse weather conditions.
