YOUR ROLE Managing site facilities to ensure they meet local area operating codes, lease specifications and are proactively maintained to meet suitable levels of performance (ie: roof, air conditioners, parking lot condition, racking condition, etc). Manage preventive, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair activities for assets in manufacturing plants located in FL, TX, IL and CO. Manage site upkeep, maintenance and improvement projects for manufacturing plants located in FL, TX, IL and CO. Performing direct maintenance activities on primary manufacturing equipment, including PM, RM and asset upgrade versus replacement analysis. Responsible for troubleshooting the mechanical and electrical components of primary manufacturing equipment. Role requires 25% domestic travel (to other sites). ONSITE POSITION - will sit in Houston, TX or Riviera Beach, FL. YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; plus, one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with a major ERP system, preferably SAP, is preferred. Engineering degree and/or professional engineering certificate is preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in Facility Management preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in Maintenance Program Management required. Strong Workplace Safety Background. Prior Facility and Maintenance experience in both chemical manufacturing and metal machining / fabrication is strongly preferred.The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
