Manage and coordinate all maintenance-related activities of a large non-automated or automated facility while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Direct and develop a medium to large team of technicians, ensuring optimal performance and skill development.Automation System Oversight: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ASRS, AGVs, automated conveyance systems, and other automated equipment.CAPEX & Budgeting: Develop and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) and maintenance budgets to support operational efficiency.Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Implement and refine maintenance programs to maximize uptime and system reliability.Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimally 4 years in automated system maintenance within an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment.Leadership: Strong experience managing and developing technical teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding with ASRS, AGVs, PLCs, CMMS systems, and industrial automation technologies.Financial Acumen: Experience in CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost control.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a cutting-edge automation maintenance team at Lineage Logistics, driving efficiency and innovation in temperature-controlled logistics.
