Responsible for all aspects of maintenance for distribution center, office, common areas, preventative maintenance, repairs, installations and changes.

 

Shift: Monday to Friday: 6am

Essential Job Functions

Repairs/maintains all material handling equipment and dock equipment (i.e doors, levelers, seals,etc). Maintains batteries and chargers for forkliftsRepairs/maintains HVAC systems, lighting systems, electrical systems and plumbingRepairs, maintains, programs, installs conveyor systems and air systemsRepairs, installs, and maintains rackingMaintains fire suppression systems and fire alarm systemsPerforms welding/fabrication and maintains waste disposal equipmentAssists with and/or responsible for new office constructionRepairs floors and maintains roofInstalls voice and data cablingResponsible for snow removal from sidewalk, steps, etc. Coordinate with contractor regarding removal of snow from parking lots, lawn care, roof repair, etcMaintains parts inventoryReceives/responds to daily calls regarding problems and repairsPerforms routine preventative maintenance/repair of 2electric vehicles and pallet trucks (repair/build).
