Monitoring & optimisation of cost. Ensure Safety & Quality in operation& Maintenance. Ensure uninterrupted supplies to manufacturingplants at desired quality & optimum cost. Coordination with other department / agencies for feedback & better services. Ensure 100% statutory compliances. Expansion & modifications for energy conservation & process improvement.  Compliance of Audit observations. Development of system & procedures. Monitoring & ensure compliances of SOP & Maintenance schedules.
