We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in Greensburg, Indiana. The selected candidate will complete required PM’s and repairs on facility equipment, prioritizing repairs based upon the best interest of production.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 7:30am
** This is a Night Shift position **
Responsibilities- Performs preventive maintenance activities including measurement of wear, replacement of expendables (i.e. belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.) and inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum or vibration
- Completes repairs including rebuilding of pumps, valves, electrical and pneumatic solenoid devices and air handling equipment
- Completes general building repairs including repair of walls, doors, floors, etc.
- Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves, drains and toilets
- Repairs and maintains lighting systems throughout the plant and penthouses; Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles and ceiling grid throughout the buildings and offices
- Must be able to complete PM and work order activity in CMMS
- 5S & COP
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- 7+ years experience in an industrial or commercial environment
- Experience with HVAC, Air Compressors, Electrical, Pumps and Plumbing Maintenance
