This opportunity has two great day shift options with competitive pay. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systemInspect equipment and facilities regularly to spot and address issues + Troubleshoot and repair machinery used in daily operations + Assist with minor construction and facility upgrades + Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies + Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests + Follow safety protocols and help keep the work area clean and organized **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) + 1–2 years of maintenance or trade experience + Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems + Skilled in equipment troubleshooting and repair + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Effective communicator and team player + Able to work independently and manage time well + Physically able to lift and move heavy items Day shift (M-F) Pay: $30-33/hr ​​​​​​​This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
