Job Summary

Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and overall functionality of a facility. Facility Technicians play a crucial role in supporting the daily activities in our organization by addressing and resolving issues related to the physical infrastructure.

Essential Job Functions

Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.

Report and resolve problems found during inspections through the CMMS.

Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. Complete daily reports through CMMS.

Performing hands-on maintenance work and basic repairs as needed.

Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to ensure functionality. 

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues efficiently.

Overseeing 3rd party vendors during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers,).

Define Scope of Work specifying tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Keep detailed records of work progress, changes, and any issues that arise during the project. 

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
