We are looking for a resourceful and reliable Facility & Maintenance Technician with strong technical skills to join our dynamic and busy operations team!
By joining us as a Facility & Maintenance Technician, you will support the facility and maintenance services within the organization with the objective to optimize and support the primary business. This role is open for immediate start on a 12-month contract.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Follow up the execution of Work orders for maintenance and facilities. Maintain assets, routings and supplier schedules in the system. Identify, support and solve (electrical) failures to assure continuation of processes. Identify, support and solve defects in and around the building related to facility. Coordinate the 1 factory/TPM activities for the maintenance/facility related scorecard topics. Actively secure and maintain maintenance schedules and machine spare parts (EAM). Coordinate and participate in reachability schedules (24/7). Support audits like insurance company, fire installation. Support internal moves, including moving workplaces, machines. Participate in daily maintenance and facility activities (hands on). Host, review and inspect 3rd parties on location concerning Facility/Maintenance activities.Who You Are: You are reliable and resourceful, and always act with integrity. For This Role, You Will Need: MBO level skills in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical and/or facilities role Strong technical proficiency Fluency in both Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: VCA trained and familiar with ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Certificate NEN3140 “installatie verantwoordelijke” would be beneficial

This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) role, offering a 12-month Emerson employment contract, available for immediate start. The role is based fully on-site, at our Ede location. Please note that 2 employment references and a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) are required. No relocation support is provided, applicants need to be resident and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
