Job DescriptionServe as the primary contact point for physical security requirements for our locations in IstanbulDefine and update security concepts for the siteConsult and support the site management in all questions regarding physical SecurityEnable, support and monitor the internal security operations providers in order to ensure an effective implementation of defined measuresConduct audits to check and improve the implementation of measuresEstablish and maintain liaison with local administration and law enforcement agencies to ensure the timely flow of intelligence and threat which may impact the security of personnel and operationsSupport the continuous improvement process and share best practices within the local security organizationSupport the head of department regarding strategic security dialogues with the managementSupport security investigations in locationDevelop awareness materials and conduct awareness trainingConducting regular drills and improvementsCoordinating/leading emergency teamsPreparing and updating regulationsMonitoring information security and data management issuesActive support in crisis managementOrganize first day trainings for new employeesSupport daily Facility Management activities

QualificationsRelevant security experience in industrial security managementAcademic education or certification in Security or Risk ManagementCertificate according Law on Private Security Services No 5188Experience in private security investigationsExperience in security risk managementExperience with private security companies and contractorsDemonstrated comprehensive knowledge of national security issues (e.g. organized crime, grand theft, etc.)Communication skills for explaining complex security concerns and policies to senior management, employees, contractorsFluency in written and spoken English and TurkishSystem thinking and good analytical skillsCrisis management experience and skills
