Job Requirements

Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentGraduate of a Program in Discipline in HVAC if requiredRequired SkillsLicenses: HVAC if requiredLicenses:Driver License required if company vehicle is used after hire.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions

Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
