We are seeking a talented and proactive Facility Manager for our Lincoln campus to oversee and ensure our facility meets the needs of an ever-changing business. Our campus includes clinics, laboratories and office space in multiple buildings. Responsibilities: Responsible for staff management, leadership and coachingManage Facilities Department; equipment, work ticket system, and Building Automation SystemManage Security program; systems and staff, leads security meetingsResponsible for research of and negotiating with vendors and contractors for facilitiesResponsible for budget development and controlManage vehicle fleet maintenanceManage waste disposal process and 3rd party custodial vendorsMeet OSHA and safety regulations, serve as safety officer for site, coordinate and manage site safety programRequirements:5 or more years of experience as a Facility Manager and leading the teamAbility to support internal customers, budget requirements and documentation requirements for a highly regulated industryWorking knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems; understands the systems and has the ability to work in partnership with vendorsSecurity program oversight preferred Experience working with vendor contracts and contractorsExperience with work management ticketing systemsBuilding automation systems experience highly preferredExperience in healthcare is a plusAbility to be on-call 24/7Valid drivers license with a clean driving recordCelerion Values:       Integrity   Trust   Teamwork   Respect
