About the opportunity  

As the Sydney Facility Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our Delivery operations. Leading a dedicated team, you will drive efficiency and innovation to optimise our services. Your efforts will help us achieve unparalleled performance and safety standards, making a real impact in our operations and the communities we serve.

 

What you’ll deliver with us  

In this pivotal role, you will:

Oversee and enhance operational activities to meet our network objectives, focusing on safety and service excellence.Implement strategic initiatives that promote efficiency and sustainability / sustainable across the facilities.Collaborate closely with your team and report directly to the State Operations Manager, while working alongside other Facility Managers and senior leadership.

 

You’ll also   

Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal service delivery and performance.Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance team engagement and operational efficiency.Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

About you  

We’re looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety and innovation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a track record of motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.

You’ll also need   

Experience in operational management, ideally within a large, complex organisation.Strong knowledge of compliance standards, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.Proven experience in financial management and driving sustainability / sustainable initiatives.
