Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the selection of the Facility Management model to incorporate market best practices. Each day, you will manage or coordinate operating expenses, including repair and maintenance services, cleaning services, security services, utility expenses, energy costs, and common areas maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by supervising and managing the building soft and hard service operations.The work model for the role is: #L-onsiteThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:• Leading the planning and implementation of maintenance, testing, and inspection schedules to ensure the facility team operates in a safe and efficient manner, prolonging equipment lifespan, mitigating the risk of failures, and fulfilling statutory obligations.• Ensuring all fire safety equipment and systems undergo proper maintenance, inspection, and testing and overseeing accurate record-keeping of these activities.• Maintaining records of compliance certificates.• Assessing buildings and recommending actions for improvement in line with ABB’s Green Real Estate approach.
Qualifications for the roleCivil engineer, architect or any other; mechanical electrician, mechanical administrator.5-8 years of experience in building management and administrationKnowledge of autocad, bim, sap, microsoft office.Project management and excelExperience in people management, contractor management.Advanced English
