Responsibilities: + Manage building and grounds, office operations, and facility technology department supervisors and associated staff + Coordinate all contract negotiations with facility vendors and service providers and facility purchases + Schedule and coordinate use of headquarters facility amenities, i.e. conference center. + Work with Corporate staff departments to define and resolve issues involving headquarters facility. + Prepare and administer annual budgets for operation and management of corporate headquarters facility. + Develop cost allocations for headquarters facility operations and services. + Monitor monthly headquarters facility expenses. + Develop efficient cost-effective means of facility operation and maintenance. + Develop and maintain current facility emergency, management, and training programs. + Schedule project and staff assignments to comply with headquarters facility needs and priorities. + Maintain communications like with building residents and vendors. + Manage selection, training, and development of facility department staff. + Respond to building residents’ inquiries. Qualifications: Knowledge of the relevant manufacturing, quality or operations support function, obtained through a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related business or technical discipline, and eight or more years of progressive experience within the specialty area. Demonstrated ability to perform the described role and responsibilities and obtain the desired results. Certification or a professional designation in a specialty area may be required or preferred depending on position requirements. Four or more years of increasing responsibility for leadership within manufacturing operations requiring advanced project planning and team organizational skills. Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills in producing results and meeting organizational objectives. Capable of assessing and developing individual and team skills and capabilities. Able to create and maintain enthusiasm for new and challenging goals. Serve as a role model by promoting new ideas and positive change. Thorough understanding of production technology, and/or specialty support areas including broad knowledge of business and regulatory environments and trends. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay range: $117,554.00 - $205,782.00 This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
