Facility Officer
Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: Nov 15 2024 Job Purpose To execute and support for the facility maintenance activities in alignment to the day to the day requirements and Facility Maintenance process at Site to comply with GMP, EHS and GES standards and procedures. Education, Experience & Skills B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) 1-3 years’ experience in facility maintenance related assignments Knowledge of mechanical and civil drawings, MS Office (especially M/S Project, Word, and Excel) Good understanding and knowledge of safety at work handling with contractor labour Good management skills Key Responsibilities Conduct facility surveys to execute and coordinate facility maintenance works as per Local Regulatory and QMS, EHS & GES requirements. Provide inputs in the planning and execution of Facility Master Planning of the Site and support to Utilities and Operational Team for new projects on site. Provide Site level support in Civil changes including Construction/Modifications/Retrofits/Fit-Outs. Support in operation, maintenance, and compliances of site Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Participate in water management and conservation activities with a focus on sustainability. Participate in Facility Budgeting Exercise and plan ways for the execution of assignments within budgeted costs. Provide support to the Facility Manager for management of Facility maintenance contractors working on site. Conduct assessments of Sustainability by Design guidelines for any major/notable facility changes Implement building maintenance plan, improve Facility, maintain good housekeeping, and provide inputs to the Facility Manager for the planning of Site Aesthetics improvements. Prepare URS for facility modification works with timely ordering and planning of tasks to be completed. Support Facility Manager for the activities of construction & maintenance work at site and identify zones within the facility to ensure all areas get adequate facility maintenance focus due to the size of the Site. Conduct and document monthly EHS self-inspection. Support Facility Manager for the development of EHS risk assessments, method statements for safety at workplace.
