Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other federal agencies, all over the world. The Facility Planner organizes, lays out, and manages the use of space for the company or other organization. This will be part-time position, based in the Philippines. Key responsibilities: + Schedule facility activities, developing strategies for the most efficient use of the facility, and ensuring that all operations and events are running smoothly. + Assist in conducting functional space validations, making determinations regarding space needs. + Assist in the determination of the compatibility of existing space to organizational needs versus defining new space requirements + Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as needed. Qualifications to be successful in the role: + Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any related course + At least three years of experience in technical project coordination, preferably in the architectural design field + Proficient in CADD, Microsoft Office + Experienced in document control and management + Professional experience should also include ability to read and interpret construction documents + Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills Why Planate?
