About the role

The Facility Scheduler is an integral part of the facility operations. The primary focus is to fulfill several essential tasks related to receiving inbound waste streams from a client. Serve as the direct link between the Company and the client, manage day to day affairs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Interact with customers to provide all necessary information and process information in response to inquiries and concerns. The Scheduler will be assigned to one facility and work with all customers for inbound waste.

Position Responsibilities

Manage inbound requests and appropriately slot into Thermomechanical Treatment Facility (TTF) and/or Material Processing Facility (MPF) master schedule. Work with customer to get first and future loads scheduled following approval package distribution.

Maintain communication, both verbally and electronically, efficiently and professionally.

Build positive working relationships among stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and collaborate across departments to resolve issues and/or exchange client information.

Analyze scheduling needs, recognize potential issues, research alternatives and provide solutions.

Establish complete understanding of capabilities, services and processes within TTF and/or MPF to effectively communicate with clients and offer solutions within the Reworld portfolio.

Assist clients with on-site shipment complications.

Respond to client feedback and address service complaints promptly.

Act as liaison between client, Sales, Operations, and Customer Care.

Ensure data in CRM, NSGG, DMS, People Soft (PS) are entered correctly.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED required, some college preferred.Minimum 5+ years of administrative or complex customer service experience.Desire to have direct customer contact & provide high level of customer service.Strong organizational skills.Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently.Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both orally and in written form.Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.Preferred QualificationsExperience in waste, recycling, transportation or logistics industry strongly preferred.Some college preferred.
