Sabre is seeking a skilled and motivated Facility maintenance specialist to join our team in Pakistan. The successful applicant will be Involved in the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of company facilities. Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facility’s needs. Oversees the coordination of space allocation and layout, communication services and networking requirements. Responsible for facilities security. Monitors budgets and approves contracts and purchases. Estimates labor/materials costs for construction repairs. Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers.

What will you achieve?  

Responsibilities:  

 

Plans facilities changes for office, and production equipment layouts. 

Reviews and estimates design costs including design, equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. 

Developing performance specifications and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. 

Manage budgets and approves contracts and purchases. Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers and visitors. 

Analyzing problems, compiling and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. 

Coordinates activities between departments (inhouse) and outside parties. 

Serving as the point of contact for management and office-related concerns raised by Site Leader.

Must Have Skills: 

Bachelor’s degree in management or any other related field. 

2-4 years of Administration/Facility management experience. 

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. 

 

Nice To Have Skills: 

 

Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and clients. 

Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
