Facility Solutions Sales Consultant

Summary of Job:

As a Sales Representative for Lee Company, your primary role is to engage facility owners and managers through a consultative selling approach. You'll focus on selling trade-specific equipment repairs and replacements to our extensive customer base by:

Highlighting the Lee Company value proposition.
Providing technical solutions and operational expertise tailored to customer needs.
Recommending repairs or replacements based on industry analysis, cost comparisons, customer applications, and organizational goals.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for:

Executing the sales process to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
Achieving profitable growth and meeting sales volume goals across all Facility Services offerings.
This role requires solid trade-related knowledge, a strong ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges, and deliver effective solutions that align with both their needs and company objectives.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of three years of field trade experience is required. At least one year of sales experience in same or similar field is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline is preferred

Skill and Abilities:

Must have in-depth knowledge in the industrial/commercial trade being applied for as well as client relations.A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of company-specific software & tech
